Just switched providers to Public, have a question.

My old phone plan (virgin mobile) ends on the 4th of september. I just activated a switchover to Public mobile. Is there any way to delay my payment / start of my new (public mobile) plan until that date? Who would I speak to for this to happen?

Pinging a SIM Card

My daughter lost my phone and has no idea where it is. It's long dead, is there a way to tell where the SIM card was last pinged in order to track where it might be? Thanks.

5gb plan only showing 2.5gb
