I just activated a new sim card keeping my number from koodo. Everything works but i cant create an account and i didnt receive any emails. It always says my number is invalid or that i have an existing account (which i dont). What do i do?

upgraded from iPhone SE to iPhone 7 - no service?

Resolved! Didn't receive 500MB bonus data for autopay
