phone usage

I received a text Sept 10 indicating that I have 10 minutes left on my 100 minute plan (period Aug28-Sep27). My outgoing calls to date total about 3 minutes for that period as I rarely dial out. How do I resolve this?

Enough Funds, but Account Suspended

Tried to do an upgrade, and put enough funds in my bank to do so.  Phone is now suspended, but can't 'top up' as it says I have enough funds.  Tried to email CS_Agent yesterday, still no response.  So frustrated.  What do I do?

Re: calls going to voicemail instead of ring

if PM is aware of this issue and has not found a fix, they are stealing money from their customers who are affected. Does the price change because of the lesser service? My rolls over tomorrow, should I pay it or walk away.
