I tried porting my number to Public Mobile from Eastlink. I didn’t reply to Eastlink’s text message within 90 minutes so they rejected the transfer. Eastlink now wants me to reinitiate the transfer. How do I do that?

Video's won't play

Hi, I have a pixel 4 and a 3g plan.  I can't get video's to play. What happens is either the video will just not load, or it will load and play for 6 seconds and stop.  This is using phone data (not wifi) and in downtown TorontoAny ideas?
