I am trying to update payment info in our accounts, as we received a new credit card.My son's account is locked and when tried the forgot password option it says"Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help." Thanks,

Phone beeps 3 times

if I'm not mistaken before there were higher data plans then 3g but cost more obviously. is that not offered anymore? I only see 3g data add ons. thanks
