Resolved! It seems that my calls are not going through

Banck in December I put the service on hold for 90 days. The service was reactivated on March 18,  with a new plan.my calls don’t go thought as there is no ring tone.

Resolved! No calling in our out

New account 3 hours ago and can't make calls in our out.  I can receive texts and my old Roger's sim card has been de-activated.  Tried restarting, taking sim card out and replacing, turning off wifi.
