Cell Coverage

We are on the Bruce Peninsula in Stokes Bay and have just noticed recently that our cellular signal strength is much weaker than it used to be. Does anyone know if there have been changes as coverage should be getting better not worse? Thanks,Ross

Phone calls not working

I have recently switched from Bell Mobility, but haven't been able to receive incoming calls. I can make outgoing calls but am not able to receive in. What is the correction for this? My phone is unlocked. I don't know what could be the issue.

Plan switch

I currently have the $40 plan for 5 gigs at 3G. If I switch to $45 plan at 4G, will I lose my $12 referral discount that I have?   Or will I have to pay the full $45? Thanks.

Voicemail

Hello, Any idea why some callers can leave a voice message but others cannot? The callers who cannot, my phone will rings continuously. I rebooted my phone, & it still doesn't solve the problem. My voicemail is empty too.
