Please make them equivalent
my phone has an older version of Android, thus I cannot install the Public Mobile app.
I had to ask my friend to borrow their phone already 2 times ( to activate and to set up PIN).

@Vic55 Once you have activated you don't need to use the app for account management, you can use a browser. But it would be better if the navigation was the same on all devices, such as the envelope icon for private messages, and the profile menu in the account.

It is your older phone. It might work if you have an OS update but no guarantee.
Once the SIM is activated by your friends phone app. You can manage your account online.

@Vic55 I hope this helps. Some members mentioned they can use the broewser to go through Subscription until payment steps, paid. And instead of using the apps they opened ticket with PM support and supper help to complete the rest of the steps. You can try
