add-on long distance bonus

1 will i lose my add-on long distance bonus if i change plans today ? (as opposed to renewal date option).

2 if i change to 90 day subscription can i use vouchers added in advance or card only? (when i select 90 day it says “no payment method added)

HI @2024public 

1.  you won't loss any of the paid or free Long distance calling addon with plan change, doesn't matter using Change Now or Change on renewal

2. if you want to use Change now, please add your voucher first.  Once voucher is added and you see it showing in Available Fund, go ahead and make plan change

And you want to use Change Now? remember with Change Now, PM charges you full amount immediately.  You might have unused data on the old plan (your current cycle) , they will be forfeited.  Usually people only do this if you are out of data already
