What does 611 say when you call it?

My account is still lock for 2 days.

Can I make a new account with a new SIM card?

@Sandy_CA25 you just activated the account today?? Is there phone working without issue and you just locked out of My Account/Self-serve?   If so,  just open a ticket with PM Support.     You can open ticket with Chatbot or message them directly

Once ticket is opened, make sure you keep checking the Community inbox here.  PM will communicate with you there.  Just note that they might be replying late as they seem to be very busy last couple days

Was your credit card charged? If yes, put sim in your phone and reboot.

Try clearing your browser's cache.

I prefer opening a tab in incognito mode, as this helps with finicky websites.
