my brother has an account with public mobile, he just doesn't remember his user email or password. he has set it to autopay and his credit card will expire soon so he would like to change that on his account to his new credit card but he just cant log in... can you help us please? i can give his phone number yet if you could contact him for a new log in method or to help him recover his profile????? through sms or something.

Good on you for helping your brother.   Just so you're aware, you're chatting with other users of Public Mobile here on this site, not Public Mobile staff.

 

Your brother should create a Community account and place a service ticket by using the methods aforementioned.

 

Then, once he has regained access to his self-serve account, here's how he changes his credit card information:

 

  1. login to his self-serve
  2. click payment
  3. click manage my card on bottom left side (see picture below):

Since he doesn't remember the email address and password he set up, he should probably send a private message to CS_Agent for help with that problem 😉

The CSA will be able to update the credit card information on file for that account and reset the login information at the same time.  Good luck.

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

check your email spam,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will reset for you,
