hello i cant use my email address to verify my account because i cant login. i accidentally put in the wrong suffix at the end of the email address when i created my public mobile account.

@SPENCE112 if you know the email and password you can still log into self serve/My Account with an email that is invalid to you.
But otherwise, you will need to ask CSA to change the email on your account for you.

You can also get a SMS text to your phone instead of email. If that does not work, you will need to contact customer service agent to change to correct email address.

Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours. Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).
You can also access some basic self service function by calling 611 on your phone.

To change the e-mail address, go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and open a ticket.

So is your account suspended that you can't use the SMS option? Did you lose your sim?

contact support team by CS_Agent to change email and set new password.
