account suspended after putting add-ons.

Hi,  

 

Today I decided to put a canada wide talk addon to my plan but after I did that my account was suspended.  Can someone please fix this?

Send a msg to mod dept @MarieHelene_L with your username and phone number with details issue they will look after you
And as other user said remove your personal details it's a fourm we not suppose to post personal details

Please don't post personal information like phone number here in this public forum. You should edit your post to remove the phone number (click the three dots in the upper-right corner of your post).  

Send your phone number and the details of your problem to a moderator by private message. They will fix this for you.  How to contact moderators:

Hi,

 

My account was suspended while adding a new plan (canada wide talk).  When I try to reactivate the account in "my account" nothing happens.  What am I doing wrong?  How can the feature to reactivate your account not work?

You should send a private message with your phone number to a moderator to fix this.
