Then that's a problem. If your bank charged back the charges from here then you will need to buy vouchers and contact the support people to straighten it out. You might need to use vouchers for a while. Companies tend to frown upon chargebacks.

You tried to replace credit card but failed?

 

Maybe open ticket with PM CS agent and they can help to add the credit card for you

 

open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent


If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Did the new credit card replace one that maybe had fraudulent activity on it and maybe your bank did some chargebacks?

Also clear your browser cache and cookie then go incognito as per @hairbag1 .

Log in to your account using incognito mode. See if that helps you.

I have been trying to make a payment and reset auto payment and use a new credit card #

WITH NO SUCSESS . I have been trying for a week , please help

@Robert1Stone  If you were able to receive the 6 digit code, do not click anything after entering it. The system moves forward automatically after a short delay.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode, then  Reset Password 

 

after successful reset passowrd the close all browser, and one page inPrivate mode,

 

To Login Page

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

type  request email   change/reset password
