I accidentally paid two times during the account setup the first time. I do not use this account anymore. Could someone help me to transfer credit to my other account? The fund amount is $25

Sorry, but transfer of account balances is not a service that is offered by Public Mobile.

You can swap the active account SIM and continue to use up for the month or contact a CS_Agent to help you.

Click on the link below to send messages to cs ag. Also ensure if not using account anymore you turn the subscription off so that you are not charged moving forward.
