Is the ZTE model 23352CA android version 9 compatible with Public Mobile?

@Megan37   ha.  it is in fact a Z3352CA, ZTE Blade A3 (2019)

 

 

this is the spec of your phone in terms of bands.  BOLD are the compatible bands with PM 

3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100
4G bands 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 38

 

Here are the bands PM uses:

Any phone to be used on PM network  should ideally have 3G B2, B5 and LTE B4 (or B66 instead of B4), B12 (or B17 instead of B12) for minimum coverage.

 

You phone has only one  of the two 3G bands used for voice and two compatible LTE bands .  While it might work on PM  in some area, likely it won't work most the time.  

 

If you are buying it, then for sure stay away

If you have it with you, you can try, but I still suggest you to get a new phone instead
