Could an agent please contact me to change my add on rewards to the correct US plan?

CS_Agent staff won’t contact you to change your reward to US Add-on.

PM is an online service & self-serve and you will need to contact them first by private messaging on your computer. They will reply back by pm.

As @hairbag1 noted, it will be quicker for you to login to your account and do it yourself.

probly quicker to just get the add-on you need yourself, then ask CSA to credit your account for incorrect add-on cost.
