Unfortunately 7-11 is my case. The good news is the Porting Team is working on it.

The easiest way to IMEI check on any phone is to use the *#06# sequence.

HI @Jack107

I have sent you a number to call to talk to Porting team to update the information.  Check your Community inbox.  They should be able to re-request the porting after

Call the number in this link. Put your old sim back in a phone and confirm the text.

Unless you're coming from Petro Canada or 7-11, IMEI shouldn't usually be used.  The account number would be better.  To make the correction, please open a ticket and ask for the help of a customer support agent.  Start here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
