Well i have seen a couple threads on this.
Basically i had a plan and it had ended back on the 21.
On the 22nd i went to get a voucher but i was planning on switching from the
45$ plan to the 25$ plan because I dont need the data and only the talk and text.
I entered the voucher and clicked change plan but it only credited my voucher for the old plan
and didnt switch over to the new one.
I contacted mods the same day and itll be 48hrs in about one hour from contacting them with no reply. anyone have any thoughts on what to do?

Because your plan is expired, all you can do in selfserve is renew the same plan that you had before. If you want to change plans, only the Moderator Team can do that.
