Why is my port request from fido being delayed?

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

It has been done twice today by fido, yet no confirmation request from Public Mobile. I have ported before never this difficult.

Call Fido and ask them to re-trigger the porting request.
Wait another hour or two and you should receive the Porting Authorization Text from shortcode 4799 or 4800

If still not receive the text from PM asking you to approve the porting,  please open ticket with PM support using this direct link:  https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Lc9xk8

Make sure that you respond to this text within 90 minutes. If you do not receive this SMS or you do not respond within the 90 minute window, make up to 4 additional attempts to send it. If you are still experiencing any difficulties, reach out to a Customer Support Agent

Iam porting from Public Mobile to Fido.

Pm has not responded to fido request.

@Abbey_Lee2013 - Porting can take up to 5 hours. Did you reply "YES" to the text fido sent?

just want to clarify, are you porting the number from Fido into PM or the other way around?

did you got a text authorization text form the old carrier  and did you reply YES?
