Why does my account say the data only last 30 day while all my research says it lasts until used up?

Accidentally purchased 3GB on data with reward points because I didn't realize it doesn't let me use it all up. Why is there this feature!? Its so much better to just use it up...

Is there a mistake on my account or is this the way it will be forever?

Can I get the points back or something?

yes, the data addon has changed to 30 days expiry for couple months already.  So, now, better buy enough for the rest of the cycle and not overbuy.  And remember, even it has 30 days expiry, when your new cycle starts, PM still use the data from the regular cycle first, so the unused data add-on pretty much would not touch again and expired

If you want to change, just politely ask agent to help and tell them you were not aware of the new policy

@alisemare2023  Says it ion the add on section right before  you purchase it and it should also show on your overview page when it expires 

since April / march this year it used to roll over but the change the rules around data add ons with the system update . Long distance mins still roll over thou

adding if you just purchased it by accident you can let support know and maybe they can reverse this for you @alisemare2023
