Why does it only give me downgrades for subscription changes but not upgrades ?

When I click change subscription, it only gives me 2 lower package options but no higher or ungraded options ?

@Nancy77 What plan are you on now?  Could you already be on the highest plan that PM offers?

@Nancy77 , have you not been offered a plan upgrade via SMS from 5213?  There seems to be a lot of customers  getting offers that way after the boxing week promos ended.

@Nancy77   You just see the $15 and $25 3G plans?  A few people have mentioned this issue, if you want to contact customer service about it you can send a private message using this link

Guess it really depends on what plan you have now. Also, you may need to clear your app cache on your phone as that may be an issue.
