Why can't i get any mms from any iphone user?

Android users can send me whatever just fine, and when i chat in multiple "group texts" they all seems to work fine when everyone is on android.

However, nobody like 10 plus people so far, can send me pictures or group texts, they show up as a "download" icon and just never download.

i've tried every setting and even spent the time factory resetting my phone and using it fresh, still, anything from an iphone other than basic text gives me this "download" link.  Even if they do the "send link" type of text, still nothing.

I put this sim in my old phone and same thing.. no mms from iphone.

GREAT?!?!?!  They "reset my network" and completely broke texts. now i cannot receive any texts, even basic sms ones.  cant log in to the self serve either now....

been with PM for 5 years or so.  its android.

Public Mobile is dealing with issues when it comes to SMS on Android and iMessages and FaceTime and such. There is no ETA of when it will be resolved. Here is their announcement.

We are aware that some of you are currently unable to successfully use iMessage and or FaceTime features,  and we understand how frustrating this can be. Our teams are working diligently to find the cause. 

In the meantime, please try troubleshoot steps:
Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will continue to keep you updated.
