Why The sim doesn’t work in my phone unlocked

It’s keep saying SOS when I put my sim card in  my phone like public mobile block my phone from accessing the service because when I put it in a Samsung  it’s work fine and I know my phone it’s unlocked I bought it  from apple it’s a iPhone 15 pro max .. like can someone from there team can respond and fix it like the service it’s really bad with public mobile the worst ever definely not recommended to anyone can even talk to someone on the phone … disgusting

does the sim card works on another phone?

if it works there and just not your iPhone, check if it is blocked

makes sure you put in the correct IMEI, you should have 2 IMEIs, put in the correct physical one if you use physical sim.  If you are not sure, check both IMEIs

you can also ask agent to help and check why it wasn't working
