On March 8th, I got a text saying that I got 240 GB for free because the reward program was changing. I could see it was under add-ons in my account. I know for a fact I didn't use it all. It said I had 150 days to use it. Today, my plan renewed and now all the data is gone. I switched to a 250 mb plan to take advantage of the free data I was given. I've submitted a ticket but got no response.

I don't think that's right, they would have told me. Unless theyre a bunch of scammers. That would be an incredibly immoral thing to do

That can't be right because they would have told me. And also why would I need bonus data if I already have a plan with data?

Will I lose my special bonus data if I switch plans?
The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.

@Jacob122 if you down grade the plan . You will lose the bonus data add on unfortunately
