When do I get the credit for phone purchase?

Hi, I purchased pre-owned phone which is supposed to give me $30 credit on my account. However, when I tried to login in your online store page, it was failing even though my e-mail and password were correct. So I purchased it as a guest but provided the same  e-mail as the one I used to login to my Public Mobile account. Can you confirm I will still receive the credit and let me know when?

Hi @esjliv , I think you are correct. The $20 is the credit while the $30 is a discount on the price of the phone. Thanks for pointing this out.

edit: my apologizes, I see the email now, and where you must be seeing the $30.

Could this possibly mean these phones are currently $30 off, PLUS you get the $20 on top of that?

The iPhone is on sale for $30 off the regular price and you will get a $20 account credit.

It should be $30 credit for iPhone 8 but I'll wait till last week of April and see. Thanks for you feedback, @darlicious!

You will recieve a $20 account credit in the last week of April if you you used your self serve accounts email in your phone order.
