What's the best way to contact Public Mobile?

I'm trying to contact Public Mobile. Has anyone had any luck doing so?

Public mobile customer service is online.  No call centre.  NO live chat feature.  For general questions or advice, asking your question on this forum is the first step.  Most issues can be resolved by advice from community members (customers like yourself).

However, if you need actual account help, you will need to contact customer service agent (CSA).  Either via ticketing system (click on chat icon on right lower corner of website) or sending a private message via the following link:

The ticketing system has a  faster response from CSA, but here have been issues recently with this system.  Check your private message inbox for response (envelop icon on upper right corner of website). Usually take a  few hours for response.
