My personal phone number has been listed as the contact number for Kamloops BC Aberdeen mall on the Public mobile website and I am constantly receiving unwanted calls. I am not a customer and have tried SIMon and phoning and emailing but all to no avail! Can someone fix this!!!!

Where do you see that number on PM web site?
I cannot find ANY number on PM site??????

Hi @Grahamn look like something you need to open ticket with PM CS agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact CS Agent,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click the the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@Grahamn You might want to consider joining Public Mobile and then you can change your phone number up to 4 times a month for free. But seriously, that's got to be really annoying and make you want to pull your hair out 🙂

@Grahamn Depending on how important your number is to you, you could opt to login to self serve and change your number as PM permits 4 number changes per 30 days for free. Select Change Number from the Quick Links or Profile page, although there's no guarantees that spam calling would stop as we all receive them from time to time.

They might fix it but it will probably take a long time so just be patient 😃
