I got error message when I try to log in. it doesnt show up the log in ID and password.

@makkahn28 it is an error on Public network
SIM showing it is not provisioned (been using this SIM happily for nearly a year)
@Shazia_K @Mary_M @Saray_O I really think Public should be giving me a free SIM in this instance

@kav2001c, how did yer phone die?
It may only require Dr. @Shazia_K, or Chief Public Medical Officer @Mary_M to bring yer phone, when you need a Phone infirmery they're hard to find.

Perhaps their server is down due to heavy traffic cause by activation. I would try after midnight. Good luck!

The most annoying thing is error message says "log out then try again" but no way to actually log out when system glitched

Are you trying to log in from your phone?
I just tried logging in from my PC and it worked.
Server is slow but it worked after few minute waiting.
