I bought two prepaid vouchers, one for 30 and one for 50, 11 mins later I call to put on my account . 30 goes on, 50 said code was already used. Now it's been two days and can't get anyone to fix it. I wanted the full 70$ plan, I've already used 10 for extra data to submit tickets, and nothing. How do you stay with a company like this?

Have you tried entering your voucher by dialing 611 on your phone?

If via self service account, try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. The website is finicky at times.

 

If you have not heard back from customer service agent via ticketing system, you can private message the CSA:
