where did you buy those vouchers ? Some vouchers aren't "activated" until several hours after their sale.

You could contact CSA to get their help. Top of this page click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of CSA assistance. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of screen will be highlighted when they respond.

Yes using 611 first time this every happened never had to wait 24 hrs

are you trying to enter it using 611 or on self serve?

Try self serve on a laptop or desktop using an incognito or private mode.

 Also, some vouchers may take up to 24 hours to become active after purchase.
