Since you mention migrating your house number - if this was very recent, it can sometimes take upwards of a week or two to fully complete a port of a land-line number.  Can you confirm if incoming calls from other carriers are arriving at your Public Mobile phone? If you can confirm you are able to receive calls on Public Mobile using your previous phone number, then proceed with the next step. If not, you likely have to wait a bit longer for the porting process to complete.

To reset your Public Mobile voicemail password, login to the self serve portal, and choose the "Reset Voicemail Password" option, which will temporarily set your password to your 10-digit phone number. Dial voicemail by holding "1" or by dialing any of the local access numbers across Canada listed here:

Good luck!

@Garlandgrace : Are you able to take inbound calls on your cell now? It sounds like maybe you're in the middle of transferring the number.

The self-serve has a voicemail reset function that will reset the password to your 10 digit phone number. But if things are still in transition then things might be a little unpredictable.
