I just recently changed phones, but have the same SIM and same phone number.
However, when i try to access my voicemail now, there is a message that pops up saying "You need to add a number to access your voice mail". Then when i click to add the number, it says that "Voicemail number change unsuccessful". Why can't I access my voicemail? Its the same number.
Please help.

@azeemgahm , it seems like your new phone is not picking up the voicemail number. You can try to manually add it to the phone app. The voicemail number is your local area code+5804002. In my case the number is 6475804002. Alternatively, you can call yourself.
