Hey for some reason Credit Cards aren't being accepted during Activation today. 

I've tried 3 cards and it's not Accepting any to Activate a $50 • 100GB Plan.

App, Website, Cache Cleared, still not working.

Have you moved recently? You'll notice that the form asks for a postal code. The postal code that you enter should match whatever address you have on file with the bank/company that manages your credit card. Make sure your address is correct with those providers, and then try again. Make sure to remove spaces in the credit card, and ensure the postal code is being entered correctly too (if it wants a space or not).

tried different credit cards?? Visa and MC same result?

Sometimes the system rejects the payment methods. Have you tried seeing if a CS agent could help? Sometimes they are able to get the payment through. https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If you already did then try waiting a bit then trying again if still nothing then you might be out of luck.
