I can not check my voice mail it will not accept my password now is going on i need to get this message very ipmortant and i can't even get to it this service is getting worse byu the day first there was a chat window to get help by talking to a person now that has vanished like

turn off device and turn back on and tried to call your number from same device.

@cndkustoms - this has happened before? What did you do to correct it then?
Restart your phone and do a reset of network settings. Then reset your voicemail contact.
Delete your voicemail contact in your phone and manually add a functional voicemail number, @dust2dust has provided one of them above.
You may check out others that may work and can choose one local to you, if you like:

Call 1-778-580-4001. Listen. Then you can fix it after. It's likely the voicemail access number that needs to be changed.
