Enabled the us roaming add on and still unable to make or receive calls. T mobile shows up as network but still unable to make or receive calls

Do you still see the old 0/15 expired items after clicking the spinner refresh icon under Shop add-ons?

I had kust the talk/text. When i purchased the talk/te t/data plan it started working. Thanks for your help!!

@mtsatish Which city and state you are at?
and which roaming addon you got? just the Talk/Text or the bundle with Talk/Text/Data?
Getting roaming Talk is slightly tricker now as we are using T-Mobile's 2G network in US due to the fact that 3G network was decommissioned. The 2G network is old and the coverage is limited.
You might want to manually connect to T-Mobile network as well as changing the Preferred Network type (or Network mode) to 2G and see if it connects
If it does not connect, try again in different area of the city
And as a workaround, download VoIP app TextNow when you have Wifi. TextNow will give you another 10 digits number, you can then use it to make and receive calls on the app when you have wifi (or Mobile data if your roaming has that)

Public mobile talk is hit and miss these days because of the decommissioning of the 3G Network in the USA. PM roaming talk depends on the 2G T mobile network which has unreliable coverage in the USA. Data and text should work fine.
Are you buying back to back of the same type of roaming addon before the full 360 hours (15 days) + 12-24 hours after (this is the silly part) is what needs to be done.
If you are in this boat, you may need CSA to help you sort that out.

Or, try buying a different type/bucket of Roaming addon to get your service up and running, then connect with CSA after to adjust anything on your account if needed.
