Us calling from Canada

Chicky
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hey when I bought my plan it said unlimited Canada/Is calling. I am now trying to make a call to the US and it's saying I have no more minutes, but I can make calls within Canada.

Why is this? It is a 920 number which is not an excluded number.

This is what I found. It looks like 920 isn't included with the numbers below. My best suggestion is to try rebooting your phone, if that doesn't work then go to your phone settings and pick Public Mobile as a network then reboot.

If it still doesn't work, reach back out and we'll try to help you further.

Calls made to numbers starting with the following six digit combinations are not included in US calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726. Calls made to numbers starting with the following UK codes are not included in UK calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 4470, 44870-44879, 44843-44845.
