Upgraded plan but now showing correct on Profile

Hello everyone, I upgraded my plan to $40/15G on Dec 21 requesting plan change on next renewal date (renewal date Dec 22) and it did change plans however it shows $40/5G not 40/15G. I am aware when selecting plans there are 2 options 40/5G and 40/15G. I did select 40/15G. Plan changed on renewal date Dec 22 but to 40/5G. Will the system update to my selected plan of 40/15G automatically in the next few days or stay at 40/5G which is not what I chose or order.  tnx

Mine was showing $120 for 15gb last night, but it has now been fixed. I think it takes sometime for the account to update, although I did send a ticket to CS_Agent at 1am, so not sure if they got around to it yet.

Like others mentioned, give it a day or so then contact customer support if it doesn't fix itself.

Log into your account using secret/ incognito mode to see the up to date plan in your account. Also check your payment history to see what data plan amount was charged to your account 5gb/$30 or 15gb/$30? If your plan payment hasn't been charged to your account yet then your new plan will not have been updated and showing on your account and/or plans page.

 

Edit:

If for some reason your plan updates to only show the $40/5gb plan contact customer support immediately and explain the issue and ask them to switch you to the $40/15gb plan.
