I just upgraded to a new plan, but have already been charged for my old plan and did not get a refund. How do I get this taken care of.

@fatima3 Unfortunately, I don't think there is any refund for upgrading plans immediately.

@fatima3 if you change your plan now. You will not get any refund for the old plan. If you want to change your plan on the renewal date. you won't lose anything. PM is pay as your go service.

@fatima3 PM is prepaid provider and would not refund unused days on old plan
Did you picked Change plan now? if so, yes, you have chosen the wrong one. Chage plan now allows PM to charge you new plan and start new plan immediately. Unused days and date will be forfeited
You should have picked Change on renewal date instead

You will not get any credit for your old plan with an immediate plan change. You needed to choose change on next renewal date.
