My current monthly bill charge is pending on my visa. I’m currently paying $35 a month for only three gigs. You are now offering 20 gigs for $39 I would like to upgrade to this plans asap.

Hi @W-Lyn 

Log into your Public Mobile account, then click on Subscriptions and Add-ons.

Then go to Change Subscription.

Then choose the one you want. There will be 2 options. Change immediately or at the end of cycle. Change it for the end of cycle. Meaning it will change next month and you won't lose anything you've already paid for for this month.

@W-Lyn  Just make plan change for next renewal and not immediately. Or you will lose $ on your current 30 day cycle 

Adding if your renewal is today you can ask support if this can be adjusted for the new 20GB $39 plan otherwise just do it for next renewal
