I would like to upgrade my plan to the 40.00 plan

If you want to change right away you will need to first put money on your account.

You will lose everything you paid for the current plan that you have they will not prorate and give you money back. Your rewards should land on your account tomorrow. If they don't please contact moderators.

If you don't want to lose money that you paid for the current service and if you can wait, choose to switch during the renewal.

@aganetha Hello just go into your self serve account and go under plans and add-ons and you can upgrade in there if you don’t have a self-serve account set up use the email that you have for when you signed up and create a password

You can upgrade your plan in self service. Choose change on next renewal date. If you choose change plan now you will not get any credit back for your current plan.
