Trying to up grade my plan but it’s not going through any suggestions on what might be going on

another customer with plan change problem today.  It could be a system problem (and for couple days already).  Please submit a ticket with PM agent and ask them to help schedule the plan change for you

 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

are you getting the spinning issue after you clicked plan change?

log in to your account on a laptop and use incognito mode. See if that helps.

There's been other reports of issues trying to change plans today...try again later on.
