@androidjim  Have you tried setting your phone network to 5G and note even with phone on LTE you will still get better speeds of 100mbs 4G plan being in the 5G plan

Do a speed test to confirm

What's the make and model of the phone? This place is up to some shenanigans around some devices and 5G.

Yes I bought a 5G plan but never seem to be connected to 5G. Maybe it's just the area I'm in but service says I should get 5G in this area

HI @androidjim

no, you don't.  You use the same sim card for 4G or 5G plans

@androidjim  No you don’t just change your plan to the one you want and change for next renewal so you don’t lose money in your current cycle . Or if it’s a new phone you have just swap sim out of old phone and put into new phone
