Just noticed there is a Black Friday deal of 20G of data. I am an existing customer. Why can’t we get the new deal? Any idea?

If read small print, it is for NEW activation/customers only.
PM had promotion for $40/15GB for everybody. Do not know if still available but PM mentioned Nov 27 as cut off day.
