Update payment methong

I need some help. I have been trying to update my payment method because I lost my old card and have recieved a new one. It will not let me update do I can reactivate service. I cannot submit a ticket keep getting oops message.

Yes, many has the same issue.  we just asked everyone to try wait an hour and try again.  If fails still, wait 24 hours

If you need to pay first, buy a voucher from Shopper Durg mart and load the voucher  using *611 for renewal
