How many times have yoMobile side.  In that case, I would contct a Public Mobile customer supprot agent usin te chatbot.  u tried?  After trying multiple times, a lockout from allowing use of that card might have occured on the Public Mobile side.  In that case, I would contct a Public Mobile customer supprot agent using the chatbot.

@Hieee you probably at the right place to update the card. But update card feature is glitchy.  Wait an hour and try again using Incognito mode

if you are in a rush to resume service, get a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and then load the voucher using *611
