Unsuccessful phone number migration

Hi There,

Service activation incomplete after 5 hours. 

I've already received the SMS from Fido acknowledging that I requested to move my mobile number to Public Mobile. I haven't received any confirmation from PM about my service and my phone is not able to send or receive SMS messages.

That's GREAT!  It's been a few days now that new customers have had issues with SMS. According to CS Agents, there is nothing they can do until their IT department can fix it. Best you can do is just stand by and hope it's fixed soon. 

I'd suggest keeping an eye on the Announcements section for an update.

Hello @Rafael123 

Public Mobile is having issues with SMS messaging right now with new customers. You have to just wait for this problem to be fixed. There is no announcement on an ETA. Do not message a CS Agent as there is nothing they can do right now. 

Can you at least make and receive calls? How about data?
