Unable to update credit card info

Can someone from accounting call me to take my payment details?

The website has been broken for days. The chatbot said to:

 
1. Open the Public Mobile app or log into My Account on the website.
2. Visit the 'Payments' section.
3. Choose 'Update Card Information'.
4. Enter your new payment details.
5. Click 'Save' to update your information.
 
You can't enter your payment details in the form fields. There are errors in the developer Console too.

Thanks! I finally got it work using the app.

Thanks. I reset the permissions. It doesn't ask for the location to reset the payment info.

@Keldo 

I had no issue updating my CC on the PM app last month. Click on Payment tab>Update Card Information.

and @Keldo , browser can allow location too if you are interested to try.  Let us know what browser you have.

@hTideGnow - Just like when I went to accidentally click on the "Shop Subscription Plans" at the login page of the App, it asked for my location. Please see if you have done that in your Settings or there @Keldo .

Thanks. I don't have the app. Incognito/private mode doesn't fix it. The same problems appear in the Developer Tools Console. There's an error saying something about an invalid token from ManageCardEPS.js. It's a software bug.

 Sorry, no one will call you. This has been broken since December,  not days.  Due to privacy even if you send a message  they cannot update your credit card info. 

If it doesn't work buy vouchers and that way until it's fixed.

Hi @Keldo  can you try to grant Location permission to your PM app and try again using the app?

and also try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser.
