Can not make calls

ifyou have tried different troubleshooting steps, I think it's time to open ticket with PM support

 

Please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 

    https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Yes, my account is in good standing I tried it all and I’m not in the outage area so I don’t know what it is happening since yesterday

can you explain furhter what exacct the problem you have and what you tried?

BOTH incoming and outgoing calls have problem?

how about text?

how about data?

 

What exactly you tried? 

rebooted the phone?

did you try to turn off the phone for 5 mins before turning it back on?

tried the sim card in a different phone?

tried the phone in a different area?

Having the same problem and I have done everything it says to do and it still drops the call.

take out the sim card and power down the phone and then put in the sim card power the power the phone and see that works

Try rebooting your phone to see if that helps.

What do you hear when you call 611 - it'll give you the account status.
