Unable to log into self-serve - locked out

Hello,

 

I've tried to log into my self-serve account, but have forgotten my password and subsequently are locked out. Could I please get a moderator to assist with this?

 

I've run into a billing issue and am unable to use my phone.

Does the "Forgot your password" option work for you?

 

If not, contact the moderators to get you back in.

Hi @Rjscully1 

 

You may wish to try clearing cache and cookies and using incognito page to try again.

 

If it doesn't work, wait about an hour and try again as the system may reset in that time.
